Summary
The bill requires the works allocation committee to annually submit to the executive director of the department of human services (department), the governor, and the joint budget committee recommendations for the use of the money in the Colorado long-term works reserve for the upcoming state fiscal year. The department-appointed members are not required to vote on the annual recommendations.
