Outstanding Judgments And Driver's Licenses
Summary
Under current law, driving under restraint is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and up to a $500 fine. The bill decreases the penalty to a class A traffic infraction if the basis of the restraint is an outstanding judgment.
