IN RESPECTFUL MEMORY OF BISHOP KENNETH LYDELL ROBINSON SR. AND IN RECOGNITION OF HIS MANY CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS AND TO HIS LOCAL COMMUNITY.
