AN AMENDMENT TO THE ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION TO EXEMPT FOOD AND FOOD INGREDIENTS FROM THE EXCISE TAX LEVIED UNDER ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION, AMENDMENT 75.
