TO CREATE LUX'S LAW; TO PROHIBIT THE SALE OF A DEAD HUMAN BODY THAT IS INTENDED TO BE CREMATED OR BURIED; AND TO ESTABLISH PENALTIES FOR THE SALE OF A DEAD HUMAN BODY.
