CONCERNING THE TERMINATION OF AN ORAL LEASE OF FARMLANDS; AND TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING NOTICE OF TERMINATION.

To do so, the landowner must provide written notice to the renter or lessee on or before June 30. The bill expands the acceptable methods for delivering this notice, moving beyond certified mail to include any service method allowed under the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure.
