TO RECOGNIZE THE NATIONAL PARK COLLEGE NIGHTHAWKS MEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM AS THE NATIONAL JUNIOR COLLEGE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (NJCAA) DIVISION II MEN'S NATIONAL CHAMPIONS.
