Added explicit coverage for breastfeeding and lactation care services in various settings (inpatient, outpatient, home-based, and group).

Added coverage for traditional healing services for members qualifying through Indian Health Service or tribal facilities, subject to federal approval and funding.

Added limited benefit coverage for prerelease services for incarcerated individuals and committed youth up to 90 days before release.

Restricted the use of monies from the hospital assessment fund to exclude payment for chiropractic services, diabetes self-management training, speech therapy for adults, and cochlear implants for adults.

Expanded eligibility criteria for diabetes outpatient self-management training to include members whose diagnosis or treatment regimen changes, or who are not meeting clinical outcomes.
