The original version contained a subsection B regarding laboratory tests, but this was removed in the engrossed version, leaving only subsection A for imaging and a new subsection C for scope limitations.

The reporting requirement for imaging results was clarified to specify that results must be reported within seven days to the patient's healthcare provider or referring practitioner.

A new subsection C was added to clarify that physical therapists may only order imaging for patients with whom they have a physical therapist-patient relationship and for whom there is a clinical need.
