Added new subsection F(6) allowing Bureau of Indian Affairs card numbers, tribal treaty card numbers, or tribal enrollment numbers as acceptable proof of citizenship for voter registration.

Added subsection G stating that persons already registered on the amendment's effective date are deemed to have provided satisfactory citizenship evidence and don't need to resubmit unless changing counties.

Added subsection H clarifying that proof of voter registration from another state or county is not acceptable evidence of citizenship.

Added subsection I stating that persons modifying registration records with a new residence ballot don't need to submit citizenship evidence after it has been demonstrated.

Added subsection J allowing county recorders to destroy citizenship evidence documents after two years.

Added subsection K prohibiting county recorders from providing voter registration cards to persons with out-of-state mailing addresses, except for uniformed services, overseas voters, or state residents without a local post office.
