Proposing amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating to election of a parliamentarian, providing that the 2020 edition of "Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure" shall implement the rules, relating to use of chambers and galleries, relating to notice of committee meetings, and relating to introduction of bills; and providing for an effective date for the amendments.
