An Act relating to public employee and Alaska Railroad Corporation employee payroll deductions for payment of union dues, fees, and political campaign contributions and expenditures; prohibiting union security provisions in collective bargaining agreements under the Public Employment Relations Act and the Alaska Railroad Corporation Act; repealing unfair labor practice prohibitions under the Public Employment Relations Act and the Alaska Railroad Corporation Act; and providing for an effective date.
